Film conversation, beyond the club

Ticket Stub Talks brings MFPC’s interest in movies and filmmaking to CFMU’s spoken-word schedule. The programme is a place for film discussion and questions about the work of making films.

The connection starts at McMaster and extends through CFMU: listeners can tune in across Hamilton–Wentworth on 93.3 FM or listen online. The station’s show page brings the programme’s dated recordings together in one place.

Join a conversation

Members can express interest in joining an episode of Ticket Stub Talks to discuss a film or filmmaking topic with the hosts. Guest spots depend on scheduling, topic fit and the programme’s plans, so we may be unable to accommodate every request. The radio team will confirm the recording details if a suitable opportunity becomes available.

Send the radio team your topic idea and availability. If your participation is confirmed, agree the place and preparation with the team. You can bring notes, and should leave room for other speakers.

Studio booking and audio export

Book a studio session and export the finished audio using the step-by-step guide. Other CFMU shows can adapt the session length and delivery folder to their arrangements.
